Kamal Narang has over 20 years of diverse professional experiencein International and domestic Banking, Financial Services, Business Process Off-shoring (BPO/KPO), Entrepreneurship/Start-ups, eCommerce and Education. He has worked in various leadership assignments that involved forming and managing high performance teams. Throughout his career he has followed a personal mantra of ‘purpose, people, performance’. Kamal coaches others to channelize their mental and physical energies towards achievement of meaningful goals in a constructive investment of time. He has often conducted leadership development sessions. During his professional journey he has worked with people from various cultures and nationalities.

Kamal is a post graduate in Management from the founding class of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also the Chairperson of the ISB Alumni Association. Kamal has undertaken many trainings and certifications during his career. He is proficient in operational excellence, strategy formation, financial management, fund raising, research, analytics, knowledge management, organizational and leadership development.He is also an advisor to a few Companies.

Prior to starting an entrepreneurial venture in educational commerce, he was the India Country Head and Executive Vice President of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, a leading mortgage originator and servicer in the US owned by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and Leucadia National Corp.
